How does that saying go ‘You don’t stop playing because you get old, you get old because you stop playing’.

On Saturday 16 August 2014 the games will begin.  I will be swimming, wading, climbing, splashing, jumping and running my way around a 10K aquatic obstacle course as part of the Breakin Boundrez Team at the London River Rat Race hosted by the London Excel Centre. To say I am excited would be an understatement, the River Rate Race is being brought to London by the guys behind the legendary Men’s Health Survival of the Fittest Urban Assault Courses and they are taking no prisoners, just take a look at some of the obstacles that we will be facing on the day
