Those of you that know me understand that I have a song for everything and that I have an unhealthy obsession with water bottles. They say the first step in overcoming any addiction is to acknowledge that you have a problem – own it! So I confess to the world – I love water bottles!!!
The opportunity to review SmartShake the World’s smartest shaker nearly caused me to saturate my tena lady, crass I know, but you catch my drift – I was tres excited. I already had the original slightly larger 600 ml capacity with three storage compartments in hot pink and went on to receive the 500ml capacity slim grip in gunsmoke black – tres chic!. Who is a lucky girl then?
To say I have been inseparable from these genius bottles would be an understatement. They literally come everywhere with me. Current positions include, designated water bottle for desk and night time hydration, weekday gym bag (slim size), weekend gymbag (standard size). Why the weekday and weekend allocation I hear you ask – well it is simply because I have more to carry on the weekends – l-glutamine, BCAA, Vit C, Magnesium, protein and bounce balls and only the hot pink can handle that kind of pressure!!
Yesterday while in the changing rooms after completing an awesome newly established GAINS class at GymBox Stratford (click here if you wanna check out that review) a rather sophisticated Chica with the same Hot Pink Standard SmartShake declared that her SmartShake ‘changed her life’ and the that ‘she doesn’t know what she did without it’. Don’t exaggerate you say – no exaggeration here I reply.
