Ingredients:
50g Baby Plum tomato, finely chopped
20g of diced white onion
100g fat free quark
50g diced cucumber
Small tin of John West Tuna chunks in Spring water, drained
The juice of half a lime
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Optional
Half a red chilli, finely chopped
1. Add all the ingredients together. Mix thoroughly
2. Et voila. Add to a baked sweet potato or wholemeal toasted bagel for a great complete meal
