I have been meaning to create a Black Bean Burger recipe since my trip to the USA back in August. It has taken me this long, as the Black Turtle Beans are not as readily available in the UK as they are in the States. Finally I found them in one of the larger Tesco Metro stores.
Admittedly this was my first time making them and I have to give myself a pat on the back for job well done. I thought they were not only delicious and nutritious they also look pretty damn good for a maiden voyage. Dont take my word for it! Give them a try and let me know what you think.
