The originally recipe was adapted slightly from one found on http://www.onegreenplanet.org. I love these because you literally throw all the ingredients into a blender and then form into patties

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Black beans
- 10g Sea Salt
- 1 tbsp. Cumin Seed
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Chopped birds eye chilli
- 1 cup Oats ground into flour
- 1 tbsp. Chilli flakes
- 80g Sweet corn
- 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
- Preheat oven 180 degrees
- Set half the black beans to one side
- Add the rest of the ingredients to a blender. Blend until a few chunks remain
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan
- Mix in the remaining black beans into the chunky mixture
- Please note the mixture will be wet. Using a 1/2 measure cup distribute the mix into six even patties directly into the pan of hot oil
- Use a spatula to shape while in the pan
- Fry on each side until golden
- Cook for a further 30-40 mins in the oven
Serve with a green salad or in a bun of choice with salad and some hand cut sweet potato wedges
